TERMS OF PURCHASE.

ABOUT THESE TERMS — These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases made through Bloodweave Store. Bloodweave Store is operated by Bloodweave, a business established in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you enter into a purchase agreement with Bloodweave subject to these Terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law. PRODUCTS — Bloodweave Store may offer physical products, digital products, artwork, apparel, printed materials, collectibles, and other Bloodweave products. We aim to describe products accurately. Product-specific information, including available variants, dimensions, materials, or digital formats where applicable, will be displayed on the relevant product page. Because some physical products may be produced individually or through third-party production partners, minor variations may occur where reasonably inherent to the relevant manufacturing or printing process. PRICES — The price applicable to an order will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other mandatory charges will be disclosed during purchasing as required by law. Bloodweave may change prices for future purchases; a later price change does not alter the agreed price of an order already concluded. ORDERS — Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to process an order, including appropriate contact and delivery information. After an order is placed, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation containing relevant purchase information. Bloodweave may contact the customer where additional information is reasonably necessary to process an order. PAYMENT — Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Where a provider processes payment information directly, its processing practices may also be governed by its applicable privacy and security terms. PHYSICAL PRODUCT FULFILMENT — Certain products may be manufactured, printed, packed, or shipped by selected fulfilment partners. The use of a fulfilment partner does not change the customer’s contractual relationship with Bloodweave where Bloodweave is identified as the seller. Applicable production and delivery information will be presented before purchase. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY — Available destinations, delivery methods, shipping charges, and relevant delivery information will be shown through Bloodweave Store where applicable. Additional details will be provided in the Bloodweave Store Shipping Policy. STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS — Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period. Where that right applies, information about the period, procedure, return requirements, and any applicable return costs will be provided before purchase and in the relevant withdrawal or returns information. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory withdrawal right where that right applies. RETURNS AND REFUNDS — Returns, refunds, and cancellations will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the Bloodweave Store Returns & Refund Policy. Product-specific exceptions will only apply where permitted by law and where the customer has been appropriately informed. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS — If a customer receives a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement, the customer should contact Bloodweave Store support. Bloodweave will handle such issues in accordance with applicable statutory consumer rights. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — Bloodweave Store may sell downloadable artwork, Digital Archives, and other digital content. Digital products may be subject to additional Digital Download Terms and a separate usage licence. Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of Bloodweave’s underlying intellectual property. Usage rights are limited to those expressly granted under the applicable licence. Arrangements concerning commencement of digital delivery and statutory withdrawal rights will be presented in accordance with applicable consumer law. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — Purchasing a Bloodweave product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in Bloodweave artwork, branding, vehicle designs, logos, or other protected materials except where expressly agreed in writing. Digital products are licensed according to the licence supplied with the relevant product. Physical ownership of a purchased item does not by itself grant commercial reproduction, distribution, or licensing rights in protected material represented on that item. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT — Customers can contact Bloodweave Store regarding orders, products, delivery, digital purchases, or complaints through the contact details published on Bloodweave Store. Bloodweave will provide information about its complaints procedure where applicable. PERSONAL INFORMATION — Personal information associated with purchases is processed as described in the Bloodweave Store Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS — Bloodweave may update these Terms for future purchases where its products, services, suppliers, technology, or applicable requirements change. The Terms applicable to an order are those applicable to that transaction when the purchase agreement is concluded, subject to mandatory applicable law.
