DIGITAL DOWNLOAD TERMS.

SCOPE — These Digital Download Terms apply to digital products purchased through Bloodweave Store, including Bloodweave Digital Archives, downloadable artwork, wallpapers, technical artwork, digital collections, and other downloadable content. These terms supplement the Bloodweave Store Terms of Purchase. DIGITAL DELIVERY — Digital products are supplied electronically. The relevant product page will describe the content included with the purchase and, where applicable, file formats, compatibility information, and other requirements. Access or download instructions will be provided following successful purchase through the delivery method specified during checkout. USAGE LICENCE — Purchasing a Bloodweave digital product grants the customer the usage rights described in the licence accompanying that product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bloodweave Digital Archive products are supplied under the Bloodweave Personal Use License. Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of Bloodweave’s underlying intellectual property. PERSONAL USE — Where a product is supplied under the Personal Use License, customers may use the supplied files for their own personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of that licence. Commercial use requires separate authorization where applicable. REDISTRIBUTION AND RESALE — Unless expressly authorized by a separate licence, customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or otherwise make the original downloadable files available to other persons. Customers may not sell physical or digital products incorporating Bloodweave digital artwork where that commercial use has not been separately licensed. WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS AND IMMEDIATE DIGITAL DELIVERY — Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, the customer will receive the required information about that right before completing the purchase. If the customer requests or expressly agrees that delivery of paid digital content should begin during the statutory withdrawal period, the checkout must record the customer’s express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that the applicable right of withdrawal will be lost once performance begins, as provided by applicable law. Bloodweave will provide confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement after purchase. Digital delivery must not begin before the required consent and acknowledgement are captured. PROBLEMS WITH A DOWNLOAD — If a purchased digital product cannot be accessed, is corrupted, is incomplete, or otherwise does not conform to what was purchased, the customer should contact Bloodweave Store support. Bloodweave will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. COMPATIBILITY — Any material compatibility requirements known to Bloodweave will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable. Customers should review this information before purchasing. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — Rights in Bloodweave artwork, branding, vehicle designs, logos, and other protected material remain with their applicable rights holder(s) except where expressly transferred or licensed otherwise in writing. Purchase of a Digital Archive does not grant permission to register, claim ownership of, commercially exploit, or sublicense Bloodweave intellectual property beyond the rights expressly provided by the applicable licence. CHANGES TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS — These Terms do not entitle a purchaser to future products, additional content, or later editions unless the relevant product description expressly states otherwise.
